Membership

Commissary — $350/month For food trucks, trailers and carts that need limited access to meet VDH requirements. Includes dishwashers, triple sinks, fresh water, trash, recycling, and oil and grey water disposal. No kitchen prep access.

Limited Access — $600/month Kitchen access for food trucks.

Unlimited Kitchen Access — $1,000/month plus $100 utility fee Full use of the facility, 24/7.

Private Suites and the Cafe Space We also have larger private footprints. These generally go to existing members who outgrow their kitchen setup and are rarely open to new members, so pricing depends on the space and the term. Ask us and we will tell you where things stand.

Storage

Billed separately from membership and adjustable anytime.

  • Freezer slot (24" x 24") — $60/month
  • Cooler slot (30" x 24") — $60/month
  • Dry storage (48" x 24") — $60/month
  • Warehouse pallet (48" x 48" x 48") — $60/month
  • Meat shelf, full shelf access — $60/month
  • Overnight speed rack, temporary overnight use — $100/month

Food Truck Parking

  • Covered spot, power and cover and utility access — $550/month
  • Uncovered spot, power and utility access — $500/month
  • Top lot, no power or cover — $250/month

Storage and parking are available to members.
